People are drawn to those who can dance— it’s magnetic. Dancing signals confidence and carefree enjoyment.

People like to have fun. They like knowing you can have fun. There’s beauty in seeing others in a jubilant state— and joy is infectious.

Dancing gets you out of your head and into your body. It sheds worry, boosts confidence, and makes you feel free. It’s an awesome feeling when everyone moves together and the joy multiplies.

It’s also a natural way to build intimacy or find romance, and it builds deeper connections. Dancing is human nature— marking traditions, strengthening bonds, and creating collective harmony.

If you feel self-conscious or lack rhythm, practice1. Dancing is a skill like any other: Find the music’s beat2. Step with it, and move your hips3. Once you stop caring about judgement on the dance floor, bring that attitude to the rest your of life.

You don’t need to be the best dancer. What matters is that you enjoy yourself— and it’s well worth the effort.
